PRODUCTION PROCESS

In our plant we carry out all roasting steps. i.e. the preparation of blend with coffee of different sorts, quality and origin. During this process, the green bean is transformed into a roasted bean.

From the different silos, each containing a different kind of beans, a carefully selected quantity of raw material according to the blend to be produced time after time is picked up. Now the different beans are roasted slowly and stepwise. The bean changes in colour, becomes crumbly, thereby loosing dampness and increasing its volume.

Care, quality of raw materials and plants as well as experience are determining factors in the production process. The result is a quality product, having nonetheless a quite competitive price.
