To get a good expresso, 5 ingredients (the 5 “M”s of coffee) are required:

- Macinadosatore (grinder-doser): is the device for grinding beans into powder.
- Macchina (machine): was introduced at the end of the 2nd World War by Gaggia, it produces the infusion we drink.
- Mano (touch): the operator has an essential role, from selection of products, servicing, to proper preparation task.
- Servicing: from daily cleaning to extraordinary maintenance.
